ROPER RESERVE

58% Roper Whiskey – (51% Rye, 45% Corn, 4% Malted Barley)
Aroma – A balanced ratio of sweet fruit and floral rye aromas with slight hints of mint.
Taste – As the product ages the forward and body notes display the caramel, vanilla, and fruit associated with corn. The finish displays the bold spice and barrel notes of typical rye whiskey.
Major Flavors – Fruit, Spice, Slight Mint / Caramel / Vanilla

WHEATED WHISKEY

95% Wheat Whiskey – (95% Wheat, 5% Malted Barley)
Aroma – An extremely balanced aroma profile of creamy vanilla, fruit, and oak.
Taste – Balanced cream, vanilla, and slight hints of wood dominate the forward and body notes. The finish of this product is sweet, but fades quickly to slight barrel notes and vanilla. The overall flavor profile is balanced and not complex, but provides a very drinkable product.
